Logging can be enabled under Preferences > Settings > Logging. When enabled, it records every action performed by the app to a log, which can then be used to report bugs. By default, it is unavailable, and can only be enabled by an administrator.
To report a bug, go to Preferences and tap "Report a bug" when logging is enabled. This will open an email addressed to CryptTalk support with the log file attached. Please include a detailed description of the bug you are reporting to make analysing it easier.
You can clear the collected logs under Preferences > Delete diagnostic log. Disabling logging will delete the collected logs automatically.
For safety reasons, we recommend that you only use logging sparingly.
