When do I need to restart the application?

In certain situations it might be necessary to restart the application. Some examples:

  • There is no sound when calls are establishing or established (sound chip becomes ‘stuck’)
  • Constant issues with call establishment, which make calling impossible (network issues)
  • Some other application causes a memory shortage or the application becomes blocked

To restart the app, double tap the home button and swipe the CryptTalk app up and off the screen.
